I was disappointed in the Tailgate Shock, after installing the tailgate did not perform as expected. When lowering, the tailgate dropped just like if I hadn’t had the shock on the tailgate. I followed the instructions step by step and then I was excited to try the product and the failure of the product. Please recommend the solution how it will perform better.

Ordered 8 fuel injectors.Journey man mechanic installed them. On start up 2 were stuck open. Ordered 8 more. Hopefully can get 8 good ones out of 16 Perfect
