Arrived on time. Quality was good and looks factory spec. BMW only sells the entire unit not just the grille . there are installation videos online such as the Friendly Mechanic that give you clear instructions. You can't be a gorilla and do the job, but if you are observant and careful with the plastic tabs you can remove the old grille and snap the new one in place. Best Service I Ever Received
