I was able to get this part to fit on my 2009 Subaru Outback without too much trouble, although it wasn't perfect and I had to very slightly persuade it into place. After that, I was quite happy with everything, until shortly after my car threw, for the first time, a P0420 code. No other changes have been made, so I'm forced to believe that it is this crappy quality cat that caused the problem. Disappointed! Strut order
