Unlimited double points campaign

A-Premium (“A-Premium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you to participate in the unlimited double points campaign (the "Campaign"). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before participating in the Campaign.

1. Eligibility & Agreement

By participating in the unlimited double points campaign (the "Campaign"), you confirm and agree that:

1.1 You are at least 18 years old and a legal resident.

1.2 You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

1.3 You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not participate.

1.4 Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, agents of A-Premium and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.

1.5 This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

2. Campaign period

• Start: September 1,2025 at 00:00a.m. PDT
• End: September 30,2025 at 11:59p.m. PDT

Only actions taken after the start of the Campaign period will be considered. Any actions performed before the start will not be counted.

3. How to enter

3.1 Unregistered users shall register through the event page with a valid email address to receive the bonus points.

3.2 Registered users shall access the event page, log in, and receive the bonus points.

3.3 Placing an order on A-Premium during the event period shall qualify the user for the double points.

3.4 Actions that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

4. Types of points

4.1 Points are divided into two types: one is bonus points; the other is points multiplier.

5. The way points are issued

5.1 The issuance of bonus points shall be made immediately via email.

5.2 The issuance of points multiplier shall be made via email after the goods are shipped.

6. The validity period of points

6.1 The validity period of bonus points shall be during the event period, i.e., from September 1st to September 30th. If not used within the period, such bonus points shall be cancelled.

6.2 The validity period of points multiplier shall end on December 31 of the following year. If not used within the period, such points multiplier shall be cancelled.

7. The threshold for using points

7.1 There is no restriction on the order amount.

8. The way to use points

8.1 The points you earn do not need to be converted into US dollars. They will be displayed automatically when you place an order, and you just need to manaully choose whether not to use them.

9. Point rules for different reward tiers

9.1 Points multiplier: VIP1 users earn 2x points; VIP2 users earn 4x points; VIP3 users earn 6x points.

9.2 Points usage: VIP1 users can use points to offset 30% of the purchase amount; VIP2 users can use points to offset 40% of the purchase amount; VIP3 users can use points to offset 50% of the purchase amount.

10. Disclaimer

10.1 A-Premium makes no warranties regarding the points and disclaims any liability for loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize usage.

10.2 You agree to hold A-Premium and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of: Your participation in the Campaign; Technical malfunctions (e.g., server failures, data corruption); Unauthorized human or digital intervention; Force majeure events.

11. Data protection & Publicity

11.1 Your personal information will be used only for the administration of the Campaign.

11.2 A-Premium may publish the names of registered users or users who have placed orders on the website or in emails.

11.3 Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

11.4 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Data will be retained only as long as necessary for point fulfillment and Campaign auditing.

12. Dispute resolution

12.1 Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

12.2 If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in English and held in California.

12.3 Both parties will bear their own legal fees unless otherwise ruled.

13. Force majeure

13.1 A-Premium will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or internet disruptions.

13.2 In such events, A-Premium reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign.

14. Acceptance of terms

14.1 By participating, you confirm that you understand and accept all of the above terms.

14.2 Violation of these terms may result in disqualification without further notice.

14.3 These T&Cs constitute the full agreement and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

14.4 This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other third-party social platform.

14.5 By participating, you release these platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Campaign. For any questions regarding the Campaign, please contact A-Premium within two (2) weeks after the Campaign concludes.
