These guys are fantastic. I purchased a set of lift supports for the trunk of my 2003 Mercedes CLK. I received them several days earlier than expected (the first nice surprise). Then when I went to install them, they didn’t fit quite right, they were a little too long. So I called and emailed them. They called me back within minutes … and told me not to worry, that they ‘will find a solution.’ An email or 2 later, they promised to send me another set. Which I will receive tomorrow. I found the after sales support lacking. Level 1 could not answer my questions and it took 6 days to get the final information. As reported in other posts, the fitment on this item is not perfect, massaging is required and there are no instructions for this included. There are parts included that are not referenced in the installation instructions. Once all this frustration is sorted out, the rack does appear to be OK, time will tell.
