Half of my order did not ship and I had to wait additional time for parts to get shipped and delivered. I tried to call and talk to someone several times but always got put on hold. After about two minutes a recording comes on and says they are busy and they hang up on you. The only way to try to resolve an issue is through online chat and that process is too slow and cumbersome. My judgement on the parts is still TBD. Reliable
The site is very helpful. Prices are good and delivery is always earlier than promised. I have an older vehicle (Lexus 2004) so I am always needing parts and they always come through. 2003 350z

They were not correct for my car! Not able to make any adjustments. Took them to a body shop and they said there was no way they could be modified to fit.
